We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of sales activities, including strategic account management, customer analysis, sales strategy, business planning, and budgeting. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to plan, meet, and exceed sales targets while building/maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective business plans and sales strategies.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business development.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resources.
- Foster strong relationships with strategic customers, including major retailers (Walmart, Target, Clubs, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success.
