Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of sales activities, including strategic account management, customer analysis, sales strategy, business planning, and budgeting. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to plan, meet, and exceed sales targets while building/maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans and sales strategies.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resources.
  • Foster strong relationships with strategic customers, including major retailers (Walmart, Target, Clubs, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic/national account management and team leadership.
  • Expertise in managing strategic customer relationships (ex. Walmart, Target, and Clubs).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong business planning and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and business acumen.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
