Sales Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Sales Director to lead our Premium Sales division. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead the day-to-day responsibilities for this channel including new business development, strategic account management, and sales strategy and planning.  You will work in tandem with the existing sales team and cross-functional colleagues to plan, meet, and exceed sales targets while building/maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and assort the product line.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resources.
  • Utilize existing relationships/experience to accelerate sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You bring existing Premium Sales division experience/relationships to allow for a fast start.
  • Five years of previous strategic/national account management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in relationship building/networking skills to effectively lead communication at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in managing strategic customer partnerships (ex. Walmart, Target, and Clubs).
  • A winning attitude: Positive in nature, highly motivated, selfless collaborator, persistent, resourceful, honest and assertive ambition.
  • Strong presentation, business planning and budgeting skills.
