Free Country is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Retail Floor Ready Packing Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accurate and efficient packing of customer orders, helping to maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our logistics and warehouse teams to verify order accuracy, prepare shipments, and uphold compliance with all retail partner shipping and packaging requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Inspect items for quality and verify quantities before packaging
- Manage and maintain store-specific import/shipping guidelines and floor-ready manuals
- Ensure all packaging complies with current retail partner requirements and regulations
- Support customer service by providing order status updates when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and handle packages of varying weights
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping platforms or software
