What is Not Covered
Free Country does not warrant, assist with or take responsibility for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, conditions reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions.

Process for Warranty Claims
If we determine your item is covered under the limited warranty, we will guide you on the next steps. No garment will be accepted without a return authorization number. All garments must be laundered according to the care instructions label prior to returning. Unwashed garments will be returned to the sender. When shipping a garment to our customer service department, we strongly recommend using a service such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information and writing the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Free Country is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not pay for shipping costs.
What to Expect
Upon receipt, Free Country will inspect the garment. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will, when possible, ship a replacement part for the defective component at our cost, along with returning your original garment. We do not repair garments or pay for garment repairs. If the defective garment cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one. If an identical garment is not available, Free Country will replace it with a comparable style and color at our discretion. This process may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. During our busiest season (October through March), it may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.
