"I’ve had these in size small from years ago and they’ve held up well. I bought a small and thought they were maybe slightly tighter or maybe it’s me. I then tried a medium and it fit more comfortably on my waist and didn’t feel too big. So both work for me, medium gives me less of a muffin top. I believe I am 29 to 30 inches in my waist and my hips are 37 inches. If I gain weight it’s in my waist and not hips. I’ve tried other swim shorts and think these are the best."
