National Great Outdoors Month first started out as “Great Outdoors Week” in 1998 as a way to encourage people to get out and enjoy the nation’s outdoors. It has now grown into a month-long celebration in June of America’s local, state and federal lands and waters with outdoor events across the country.
Active and outdoor apparel is in our DNA, it’s what inspired and started Free Country more than 30 years ago. Set your sails on the Association of Marina Industries’ National Marina Days all summer long! Marine businesses collaborate to hold events and introduce boating through on-water and land-side activities at marinas around the country.
Sleep Under The Stars
Pitch your tent and have the ultimate camping experience with the National Wildlife Federation’s Great American Campout all summer long!
