National Account Manager
Free Country, an active lifestyle apparel clothing brand specializing in outerwear, active wear and swim, is seeking a National Account Manager.
Customer Management & Planning:
- Present new product ranges and partner with existing retailer customer base to grow sales/build strategic partnerships.
- Work with design team, analytics group, marketing and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, retailer activity and merchandising strategies.
- Meet/exceed projected sales goals.
- Prospect for new clients – Increase brand distribution and retailer touchpoints.
- Work with key stakeholders to build personalized and relevant offerings for retail partners.
- Build relationships, resolve objections and negotiate appropriately.
- Forecast and meet sales targets.
- Work closely with Sales Planning and Design on customer KPI’s.
- Track and record activity on accounts.
- Team Player, Positive Attitude, Big Dreamer.
- NY based working out of Bryant Park office.
- 4 yr. college degree
- 4-6 years proven success in Sales/Account Management roles.
- Apparel industry HIGHLY preferred. Not mandatory for “great fit” candidate.
- Strong proficiency in retail math, planning, and sales reporting/analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
