Logistics Coordinator

Active outdoor apparel company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

  • Track and trace all active orders for current on-time status and proactively contact Customers, providing them with accurate shipment status. Seek alternate solutions with customers in the event of a service deviation, including change of pick up or delivery appointments.
  • Proof, review & enter all sales orders for accuracy (items, pricing, terms & conditions, shipping method/terms, special notes & customer instructions, etc.)
  • Continuously monitor all available freight communication exchanges.
  • Coordinate daily activity and movement of inventory ensuring product shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Communicate with other departments related to order process: pricing discrepancies, credit issues, back orders, low inventory, shipping method, etc.
  • Manage and fully own the complete order process from start to finish in a timely manner.
  • Perform cross functional duties
  • Computer skills – MUST BE PROFICIENT in excel, knowledge of A2000 a plus.
  • Strong organization skills, multi-task, works well under pressure a must.
